Jill’s love for being active led her to Big Sky. She has spent the past 17 years leading clients to achieve their goals of health and wellness. When not communicating with and caring for MCC’s clients, she can be found cycling, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding or doing just about anything outdoors! Jill devotes time and resources for personal development and team development and her eye for detail and go-getter attitude can be seen as she helps each client customize care plans for their homes.

Ron has always been an outdoors man. He has spent the first 27 years of his career in logistics working with Fortune 100 companies. Looking for a new challenge, he moved into facilities management for 5 years. He is the hands and feet of MCC and strives to deliver the highest quality service with a personal touch. Ron has always loved the mountains, fly-fishing and hunting.
